About

Frances Ileana is a spiritual guide, musician, and educator who has touched lives through both the arts and her deep connection to the Spirit World.

She is a visionary leader whose path has been one of continuous growth, learning, and service.

“I will guide you on the journey to find

the music of your soul.”

A leading figure in Puerto Rican music, Frances Ileana made history as the first woman and first Puerto Rican national to be selected as principal oboist of the Puerto Rico Symphony Orchestra and the first to receive a doctorate degree in oboe performance. Committed to education, she has taught at every level—from Kindergarten to College—successfully shaping a new generation of oboe professionals and inspiring young musicians to pursue their passion.

Her unwavering dedication to community service was recognized with the Sister Isolina Ferré Award for Excellence in Service to Others, an honor bestowed by the House of Representatives of Puerto Rico to individuals who work tirelessly for the well-being of their communities. This accolade reflects her lifelong commitment to making a positive impact—exemplified through the Oboe Mobile Foundation, a nonprofit organization now in its 15th year, dedicated to providing musical education to underserved communities in Puerto Rico. Through this initiative, she has ensured that students, regardless of their circumstances, have access to high-quality instruction and instruments.

Parallel to her achievements in music, Frances Ileana has embraced her calling as a spiritual guide, offering guidance, healing, and inspiration to those seeking a deeper spiritual connection. Her journey into intuition and spirit communication began in childhood when she first heard the gentle whispers of her guides, following what she called "the instructions" with faith and dedication. Over the years, she has studied with experienced teachers in Puerto Rico, exploring healing modalities such as Reiki, the writings of Allan Kardec, automatic writing, tarot, and angels.

A pivotal moment in her spiritual development came with her studies at Arthur Findlay College in England, the world’s foremost institution for the advancement of Spiritualism, Mediumship, and Psychic Sciences. Her time there was transformative, deepening her connection with the Spirit World and refining her abilities. Frances Ileana has had the privilege of learning from renowned British tutors such as Tony Stockwell, Lynn Probert, Pamela Pollington, and Angie Morris, whose guidance has profoundly influenced her growth and inspired her commitment to helping others.

With a unique blend of artistic innovation and spiritual wisdom, Frances Ileana continues to inspire, educate, and uplift others. Whether through the power of music or the profound messages she shares from the Spirit World, her mission remains the same: to bring healing, connection, and light to those she serves.
